SHIPPING:

All of our items at Threads of Aloha are printed on demand.

FULFILLMENT TIME:

Standard fulfillment time is estimated 2-5 business days. This may depend on circumstances and inventory levels. Once your ordered has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification with shipping information.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

We will do our best to meet estimated shipping times, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

At Threads of Aloha, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase! If you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we will be happy to assist you!

Threads of Aloha gladly accepts exchange requests for defective, misprinted, or damaged items only. If you had received a defective item, let us know right away and we will be able to correct the issue and provide a new item.

We do not accept requests for buyers remorse, size exchanges, or any other reason besides damaged, misprinted, or defective items.

All requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page or via email at threadsofaloha@yahoo.com.

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the product being received. Please make sure to include your full name, email address, order number, a photo of the flaw/item needing to be replaced and a short description.

Only unwashed/unworn items can be exchanged.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES UPON DELIVERY:

Threads of Aloha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once items are delivered. If your tracking information confirms delivered and you are unable to locate your package, you will need to contact the courier directly. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

WRONG ADDRESS:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned as unclaimed. We are not liable for unclaimed/lost packages due to insufficient address provided and will not be able to return the items.
